I applied online for their UI/UX position and someone reached out to me via email for an "interview". By "interview", I mean they gave me a task... it was specific instructions on designing THREE custom high-fidelity webpages in Sketch that adhered to their guidelines, and they also wanted the sketch files along with jpgs of what you came up with. If this was completed, you were able to move onto the next step of the interview process....
