The tech recruiter reached out to me and sent some company info. Then I got a link to schedule the first chat, and in that link there was a form asking some questions, like salary expectations. I filled it out and scheduled the call. Not even 5 minutes later, I got this message: 'Hello, Thank you for your application! Unfortunately our currently price range is lower than your salary expectations. Best wishes' It felt like a waste of my time and the company didn't show any respect. They seem to be looking for cheap labor in South America.
