The interviewer told me about the project manager job, saying the company hires professionals from all over the world. They asked if I was interested and if I agreed. They also mentioned that if I got hired, I'd need to complete a 6-month training program, after which I'd have to relocate to Hamburg. During this training, I'd receive between 2-3k. Then, I was asked if I had a tech degree.

They didn't highlight key aspects that would make the process worthwhile for me. I asked about benefits, as I had another offer, to see if this was a better opportunity. They mentioned the minimum 20 days of legal holidays, which was less than my other offer, and didn't have salary details. It would be helpful for candidates looking to accept quickly to know what to expect early on.

They gave me a huge technical task that took 4 nights to finish, which felt like a red flag. After finishing it, I interviewed with the CEO, who admitted to long working hours and people quitting. I researched and found other reviews complaining about long hours and low pay for remote workers from certain countries. The next day, they asked for my hourly rate. I asked for the average PM salary in Germany, but they offered only 10 USD per hour, which is absurd given the role and the work. When I countered with 14 USD per hour, they rejected me. It seems they're trying to hire cheap remote labor and don't respect candidates' time, especially by asking for extensive work before discussing salary. They should ask salary expectations upfront. I suggest talented people avoid this company.
