It was a digital call that lasted 15-30 minutes. They introduced the company and described the further process. Then I had to introduce myself and say if I have any questions.

Behavioral Technical

This interview process was really unprofessional and disorganized. I first spoke with a lead, then later with a co-founder, and then finally with the CEO, all on separate days. The co-founder and CEO didn't even bother to learn my name or look at my CV before starting the interview. The CEO even went so far as to claim my experience wasn't real because he couldn't imagine someone earning a degree while also holding a full-time job. Fortunately, I didn't get the job, because a year later, I heard from someone who worked there that the working conditions were terrible.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The questions asked were too general and not really specific to the marketing assistant role.

It was pretty quick and simple. A recruiter reached out, then I had a phone screen, and finally a 1:1 with a leader. The recruiter call was mostly to tell me about the job and check if my background fit. I got to ask questions at the end of both interviews.
