They asked a lot of questions about my portfolio and my previous experiences. It shows that they reviewed my portfolio and resume before the meeting, contrary to the other firms that didn't. They seem to be genuinely interested in my capability. Above all, the interviewer was very respectful and gentle and I was able to negotiate some conditions.
