Software Engineer Intern
It was a super relaxed interview process with 3 main rounds plus an initial HR call. The first round involved a HackerRank assessment. Then there were two more rounds. The first of these was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. They asked a LeetCode problem (easy-medium) involving strings and arrays, and also some basic behavioral questions. A big focus was on OOP concepts like abstract classes, interfaces, their fundamentals, and general coding/thought processes. The second round was entirely behavioral, where they wanted to learn more about my resume, projects, my coding journey, and generally get to know me as a person and how I work and present myself.

The recruiter was super nice and kept me in the loop the whole time. I'd prepped for my technical interview with Person A, but something came up last minute and I couldn't make it, so I ended up interviewing with Person B instead. That's where things went south for me. I'd heard Person A was really laid-back and didn't sweat the 30-minute time limit too much. But Person B? Not so much. She was a total stickler. She kept cutting me off mid-answer, rushing me through my STAR method responses because of 'time constraints.' And during the technical part, she questioned every single line of code and, you guessed it, interrupted my explanations.
- Tell me about a time you faced team conflict and how you resolved it.

The process was pretty good and professional. It involved 2 technical questions that tested problem-solving, coding, and how I'd handle real-world situations. The recruiters were good at keeping me in the loop. The difficulty felt moderate, with a mix of conceptual and practical questions. It was a positive experience overall, and I liked getting a chance to show what I can do.
- What's the difference between an Abstract class and an Interface?
