The interview process was pretty quick, consisting of three steps. It started with a recruiter phone call, followed by an interview with two supervisors. After that, there was a skill test, and finally, another interview with two more supervisors. The whole process took about two weeks from the initial contact to receiving the job offer. I liked how fast they moved and how well they communicated.

Recruiter reached out to me to apply for the job. Went through the process and the recruiter was very helpful and kind. Had an initial interview with two supervisors. My recruiter said they loved me. Did an assessment that consisted of finding bugs. After the assessment, I was told I'd hear back within 2-3 business days if they wanted to move forward with the final interview. But to our surprise, I heard nothing. I followed up and reached out and didn't hear back for almost a week and a half. Recruiter finally called me and the call was very rushed and all they said was they gave me no reason as to why they are not moving forward, they just decided to pass. The process was very unprofessional in my opinion compared to the interview questions they were asking me. Something is not adding up.

So, first there was a phone screen where they talked about benefits, the pay range, and asked me briefly why I thought I was a good fit. Then I had a 30-minute Zoom interview with two supervisors. After that, I got an email with a short skills test for the job. The last step was another 30-minute interview, pretty much the same format and questions as the first one, but this time with managers. Once that was done, I got a job offer, and it just needed a drug test and background check to be finalized. An HR person confirmed my application today.
