Behavioral Presentation

It was a friendly interview process, but the job title was a bit of a misnomer. The role is essentially an implementation/Account Manager. The questions asked are pretty standard, but they're really looking for the right personality fit. You need to come across as an upbeat, friendly person who can build and maintain customer relationships. Don't get too hung up on the project management aspects mentioned in the job description.

I was first contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, but they didn't follow up on the calls we scheduled. That was a bad experience, so I deleted the messages thinking it was a scam. A few months later, another recruiter reached out and was very thorough and clear, answering all my questions. This positive experience led me to an interview with someone over Zoom. However, I didn't have a great experience with this interview. It wasn't conversational; questions were just thrown at me, and when I tried to explain or show some personality, the response was just 'ok.' The interviewer was professional and honest, though they seemed unsure about the company's core values when I asked. I just didn't find the interview very engaging.
