I went through two phone interviews, a skills assessment, and then two in-person interviews before getting hired. The recruiters did the initial phone screenings, then I talked to a department manager who seemed preoccupied and couldn't give me a job description since it was a new role, even though they had descriptions for other admin jobs. After that, I met with my supervisor's supervisor, who was calmer but not very friendly at first. The second in-person interview was the toughest because the questions were more detailed.

I applied for Administrative Assistant but was told I'd be interviewing for Paycom Specialist instead. I prepped for that, but then they made me take a math test I wasn't expecting. Because I didn't score high enough on the math test, they decided to interview me for a third, different position, which completely messed up all my prep. During the interview, two people were there, but one just sat there and stared. They asked me what I want to do with my life and I was honest about wanting to go back to school and work in the non-profit sector. After the interview, they offered a second interview but then said I really needed to reconsider my answer about my life goals.

Their recruiters handle the entire process. There are about 3-4 interviews that are very direct. I didn't get the job the first time I applied, but I did the following year. They want to see that you're a strategic thinker and have a history of success. The questions they ask are designed to see if you're a hard worker and tough.
