Service Specialist
The interview process started with a 30-minute phone chat with the recruiter. After that, I had an on-site interview with a supervisor from the department I was applying to. If you apply for multiple roles, make sure to tell your recruiter. I ended up interviewing with a supervisor from each department, and each of those interviews took about 30 to 60 minutes. I got an offer the next morning. Remember to bring several copies of your resume and be ready to ask questions. A good question to ask is, 'For someone who is successful in this role, is there anything I should know about it that we haven't discussed?' This is a STAR format interview, so look it up if you're not familiar with it.

Implementation Specialist
First, I spoke with the corporate recruiter. She mentioned that the salary was flexible due to my extensive experience, but this turned out not to be true. When I asked for the same salary I was making, she confirmed it was within the range. Then, I had a video call interview. We covered typical questions like 'describe a mistake and its correction' and 'what are your strengths and weaknesses'. After about an hour, we talked about compensation, and my requested salary was significantly outside the budget for this role. It would have been better if the recruiter had clarified this earlier to avoid wasting time. I wasn't offered the job, and I would have declined it anyway. Departments should collaborate better to identify suitable candidates and save everyone's time.
- Can you tell me about a mistake you made and how you fixed it?
- What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
- What is your career aspiration in the next 2-5 years?
Implementation Specialist
I was recruited at a local job fair, and got contacted within a week. My first interview was with my direct supervisor where we mostly discussed the role as they are expanding into new markets. About a week later, I had my second and final interview with a manager, which was more focused on getting a feel for me as a professional. I felt good about it and suspected an offer was coming, which it did. My references were checked before the offer.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
