Got an email 2 hrs after applying to confirm my application. Had a 30 min phone interview with a really nice recruiter who was a great example of what the next interviews would be like. After the recruiter said the phone interview went well, we set up an in-person interview for the following week. The first in-person interview with a DSM was long (80 min) but really positive and informative. I got a call 20 min later asking me to come back for a final interview. This second interview was with two different DSMs. They asked different questions, but it was also very positive and informative. They offered me the job right away and I accepted. Training started a week later.

Had a few phone interviews with management first, then went in for an in-person interview. After that, there was a straightforward math and English test. The whole thing was pretty easy. I interviewed through 3 rounds. First, I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I had a meeting with both the hiring manager and the district manager at the same time. Lastly, I met with the VP. They were interested in more than just my experience; they also wanted me to show I knew their areas of business.
