When I got there, I waited in the waiting area and then went into a meeting room. I had a long conversation with a group of people, and a senior leader was there too. It felt like it lasted about an hour.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through two virtual interviews, each taking about 50-70 minutes. The first one was with HR, and it felt pretty good, like we connected well and the chat was easy. The second interview was with a brand exec, and that one was a bit tougher to connect with. We talked about the stuff we needed to, but it felt kind of cold from the get-go, making it hard to have a real back-and-forth. Still, I think it went okay, though I could've done better. They said I'd hear back the next week, but then I got ghosted, no replies to my follow-ups. It would've been nice to get some response, especially after two long interviews. Hope others have better luck!

First, there was a general HR screening. Then, in the second round, I met with Ami and Danielle over Zoom to talk more about my background, the job, company culture, and daily tasks. The third part of the interview process was a "challenge," basically a brain teaser. They wanted to see how I think through a real client situation... I had the weekend to prepare a presentation for it.
