First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pavilions.
Cashier
they asked me some simple questions about my availability, if i could work weekends and weekdays, and my motivation for applying to this job. the interview wasn't stressful and was really direct.
- Regarding your availability, what can you share?
- Are you able to work on weekends?
- Are you able to work on weekdays?
Floral Associate
I went to the store and waited with a bunch of other people. We lined up and they interviewed us one by one in the break room, which was a really disturbing space for such a nice grocery store. It almost made me not want to work there. I guess that's why I see so many employees taking breaks outside. The interview was quick, they asked some questions to get to know me. It was easy. I applied to arrange flowers, but was disappointed to hear I'd only be prepping flowers and might also be considered for cashiering since I have that experience. They said I'd get a call today or tomorrow.
- When can you work?
Bakery Clerk
The interview process was super quick and simple. I applied online and then got an email for an open interview because the store was about to reopen and they needed people fast. I went to the open interview and waited with others for about 1.5 hours before my interview, which was under 5 minutes. After that, I had to do a bench test at another bakery location. Then I got a call for a second interview, which was also less than 5 minutes, and I was hired.
- How would you define good customer service?
Technician
The interview experience was fantastic. The interviewer was friendly and approachable, which made me feel at ease. They gave a clear and detailed description of the job role, covering responsibilities, expectations, and growth opportunities. It was an encouraging and positive interaction, making me excited about possibly joining their team.
