So there were three rounds of interviews, and they also asked me to do an assignment. The assignment wasn't like, 'work for free' or tied to the business, which was good. But after I did the work and presented it to a panel, they just went silent.

We started with an intro call with HR and the recruiter. Then, there was a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was given a technical and written communication sample to complete. The process concluded with a full day panel interview that included all my potential cross-functional partners and direct reports.

You'll meet with three managers first, and then you'll have a meeting with the Head of Growth. It's pretty casual, and they ask a lot about your experience and why you think you'd be good in sales. Make sure you know what the company does before you go in.

So the interview process was like, Hiring Manager, then there was an assignment, then a panel interview, and then a CEO interview. The assignment was related to the job I was applying for, which was to draft email newsletters to try and get more people to use something. Each interview session was about 30 minutes. The HR team was communicative.
