First I talked to the recruiter for a prescreen. Then the recruiter set up a teams video call with the account executive in Orlando/Miami and the Regional in New York. They asked basic questions, there really wasn't a wrong answer, as this is your business and how you'd run it, especially if you've managed a territory before and have a proven track record. They're looking for someone seasoned for this entry level role.

After applying online with a CV and cover letter, there was a quick 10-minute cold call from HR. This was followed by an HR interview where the hiring manager was also present. Next, I had to complete a small business case. Finally, I had an in-person interview where I presented the results of my case.

I had one screening call with a really junior HR person. They asked me basic stuff like, "what beauty brands do you think are doing well on social". It was obvious they were just reading a script and weren't the decision-maker. A week later, I found out they moved on with other candidates. It's worth noting they haven't hit their numbers for the past two years, and even though they're advertising bonuses, the bonus from last year wasn't paid out and they're likely to miss the bonus target again this year. I'm glad I inquired about it though!

This was a very unprofessional experience. I applied on June 25th and didn't hear back until July 17th. I got a call from HR who sounded professional and told me the interview would be on August 5th because the hiring manager was on vacation. She said I'd get an email confirmation with the link, but after two days, I didn't. I called and left a voicemail. The next week, I found an email and responded, but no one replied until August 1st. HR then claimed I should check my spam, implying she forgot to email me. The interview day was August 5th, and it seemed like the hiring manager had just returned from vacation, as it was her first day back. They scheduled me at 4 PM, which is a rough time, especially on her first day. During the interview, they asked why I wanted to work for Paula. When I mentioned Paula was fired in 1975, the hiring manager and HR laughed, saying she's not that old, even though their website states 1975. They might have wanted someone more chaotic. At the end, HR said they move fast and would hold the next interview by the end of the next week. I found this funny since nothing had been fast. I was ultimately ghosted and never heard back.

Quoted word for word from Paula's Choice interview reports.

Given a database table where primary keys might skip values (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10), and a trigger preventing deletion of records adjacent to missing values (4 and 7), so records 3, 5, 6, and 8 are un-deletable, what SQL query would identify these records?
