The interview process was super detailed and thorough. The interviewers really focused on company culture and making sure I'd be a good fit overall. They didn't ask a lot of technical or role-specific questions. There were multiple rounds of interviews with different departments. They really wanted to confirm I would fit in across the departments.
- What are your thoughts on the people you've met so far?
Paralegal
The application and interview process started off great and moved pretty fast. I got a video interview request from HR soon after applying. The next two interviews with department staff were scheduled quickly. About a week after my last interview, HR contacted me via email and phone to say they wanted to move forward and that an offer letter was being prepared. I didn't hear back after that, so I followed up but got no response. It was really disappointing because the staff seemed nice and communication was initially good. I wish someone had given me an update.
- Can you tell me about your typical daily tasks and duties?
Marketing
It varies depending on the situation and the specific role. Typically, a manager or director will meet with you one-on-one. They'll ask about your interests and your future career aspirations. They'll also explain their expectations, and then we'll move forward. It's really straightforward; they just want to ensure it's a good fit. They don't just rely on your interview skills; they also contact previous employers to understand your work ethic and commitment.
- What do you enjoy doing most and what are your career goals?
- What are your aspirations for your career path?
Service Desk
The process was down to earth. I started by leaving a voice message for the school owners about my interest in working there. I got a call back and had a good chat with the owner about my goals and interest. That conversation was a great first step. After that, I had a one-on-one interview with another owner and then the sales leader. My final interview was with the owner again, and I was offered a position.
- Tell me why you think you're the right fit for this role.
- What's your experience with both coaching and being coached?
- In your opinion, where will you be in five years?
