I met with the service manager and operations manager at the company's location. We had the interview in a small conference room. It felt professional and the atmosphere was good. They asked about my willingness to travel locally, though the travel involved isn't strictly local.

We went through several rounds of interviews and a tour of the facilities. It was a really comfortable and welcoming place. The interview felt more like a chat than an interrogation, and the work atmosphere seemed good.

Interview went well. If you have previous service work you'll be fine. What they say they're looking for actually isn't. They're looking for people they can work into the ground because the qualified ones go to the competitors for a much bigger salary. I feel bad for the old timers at this place, they're undervalued, overworked and out on injury very often.
