They do a thorough interview process where everyone is knowledgeable. It starts with a phone interview, then a Zoom call, and finishes with an in-person meeting with the HR Director. Before you talk to anyone about the job, they'll send you questions to answer about your expectations and experience in the field.

I had a phone interview that was supposed to be 45 minutes long, but the interviewer cut it short because she had another appointment. She said she would call me back to discuss my private sector experience, but she never did. It took her weeks to get back to the recruiter. She was unprofessional and lied to me just to end the call. I didn't get any feedback. I later found out she was concerned because my teaching methods for discrete trials were a bit different from Patterns, and she felt I should say 'no' to a person when they responded incorrectly during teaching trials.
