First, they look at your resume to see if you fit. If you do, you get a call or video chat with a recruiter to talk about your background and why you want the job. They might ask about your experience or check your resume. Sometimes there's a test to see if you have the right skills, like a coding challenge or a case study, or maybe a personality test. Then, you'll have interviews where they might test your technical knowledge with problem-solving or coding. They'll also ask behavioral questions, maybe using the STAR method, to see how you handle situations. You could have a panel interview with a bunch of people at once. Some interviews are about seeing if you fit the company culture and values, and if you'd work well with the team. Finally, there's a last interview.

We went through several interview stages. Initially, the interviews were more casual and took place on campus. Then, they moved to online interviews. Finally, there was a more formal in-person interview round where I met the leadership team and got a tour of their facilities. The recruitment team was really helpful with any questions I had.
