After getting a referral, I went through a team match process. First, there was a 30-minute phone screen. Then, a 1-hour coding assessment that was like LeetCode. Next, a 2-hour technical onsite, which included a 1-hour implementation-style coding challenge and a 1-hour system design portion. After that, I had a 1-hour hiring manager call. Finally, there was a 45-minute core values behavioral call.

Technical Coding

I only got to the first technical interview, and the interviewer was really nice and interactive. I wasn't super prepared, but knowing Javascript basics like promises, callbacks, and timeouts would have been a big help. It was kind of like a LeetCode question.

Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

First, there was a recruiter call to talk about the company and my background, and some Q&A. Then, a technical interview where I had to solve 2 LeetCode Medium problems. The onsite consisted of 3 parts: a behavioral interview with the team manager, a coding interview, and a system design interview. Even though the recruiters and engineers were super nice, I got rejected after the onsite. I tried to get feedback but never heard back, which seems to be a common thing with this company based on other reviews.
