Tech screen was rough. Two medium LC problems on HackerRank, 45 min time limit. Interviewer seemed checked out, barely explained the problems and gave off the vibe they were busy with other stuff while I was trying to solve them. Didn't seem interested in helping at all, felt like I was annoying them. Got the first one done but barely had time to look at the second one. It was so bad I wouldn't consider working for Patreon if this is how their engineers are.

The interview process involved a 1-hour coding screen focusing on a Javascript algorithm question. This was followed by an on-site interview, which consisted of three rounds: one for frontend system design, one behavioral interview about your past experiences, and another frontend coding question. Lastly, there was a values interview, which was similar to the behavioral interview during the on-site.
