I had 1 recruiter screening call, it was pretty simple, mostly covering basic logistics, my salary expectations, and a general review of my resume. The recruiter was really nice and asked direct questions. She shared her own honest experience working at the company, and then we moved on.

Phone interviews are a simple way to screen job seekers. In just a few quick questions, phone screeners allow you to vet a candidate and make sure they are a strong match skill-wise before you decide to invest further time in them. At this stage, you'll want to focus on high-level questions to make sure they meet the requirements of the role.
- Regarding a hybrid cloud setup with both private and public cloud usage, what kind of architecture would that represent?

Software Engineer
Patni recruiters came to our campus for hiring. It began with a presentation about the company's achievements and details about a 2-3 year employment bond. Then, an aptitude test was conducted. Candidates who passed were informed via college authorities. The presentation was pretty standard, and the team didn't seem very enthusiastic. Shortlisted candidates had to go to the company campus for a one-on-one interview. Before the interview, we were asked to write a letter on a given topic. After that, the process became a bit disorganized, with a long queue of students waiting. My turn came after 4 hours, and I was quite nervous by then. The interview itself was quite straightforward, asking basic technical questions suitable for freshers. They seemed to prioritize confidence and good communication skills.
- Can you outline a basic table structure for employee and department data, including potential primary keys?
- How would you manage a situation where you have a senior person reporting to you?
