It was a few steps, not too much. We chatted well and I didn't feel worried. They asked about my background and why I'd be a good fit. The next thing is to meet the center manager and shadow.

So HR gave me a call and we did a quick phone screen right then and there. Then they sent over an online test for the RN position, it had like over 50 nursing questions. The very next day, I had a virtual interview with HR, and after that, I had another interview with the center manager, which could be virtual or in person.

So, first there was this interview at the Corporate Office (this was before covid happened). They made me take a written test too, which I think I did okay on. Then, the next thing was the onsite interview at the Odenton, MD location. Honestly, the Nurse Manager there was super rude, like I was really bothering her by just being there. She even rolled her eyes when I asked her some questions. It really seems like that's why they can't keep any nurses on staff there. I will say that the nurse I shadowed was really nice and helpful though. After the interview, I never heard back, which was probably for the best.
