I thought the interview process was great! I got to talk to a bunch of managers and they asked me a bunch of different things. It was quick and efficient, and everyone was really nice and welcoming. They mostly asked about my past work experience, but they also asked about my personal background to see if I'd fit in with the company.

The interview process involved three rounds. First, a recruiter call discussing the role's high-level aspects and company details. Then, the hiring manager and team conducted an interview, with two people interviewing me simultaneously. The entire process was completed in a quick two weeks and was very organized.

Behavioral Technical Case

My interview journey with the company was a well-structured, four-stage process that struck a fine balance between assessing technical knowledge and cultural fit. Initially, the focus was on general product knowledge, process understanding, and gauging how well I'd mesh with the company's culture. This set a welcoming tone, allowing me to showcase my experience and adaptability in a supportive environment. As the interviews progressed, the questions delved deeper into technical specifics, challenging my problem-solving skills and technical expertise. What stood out was the emphasis on self-awareness—understanding my strengths and weaknesses and how I operate with them. This introspective aspect added a valuable layer to the evaluation, pushing me to reflect on my professional persona. The company excelled in communication, consistently updating me on the process and next steps. This regular, clear communication was reassuring, making the entire experience feel more engaging and transparent. Overall, the interview process was rigorous but fair, blending technical assessment with personal introspection. The company's approach, emphasizing both skill and culture fit, along with their excellent communication, made for a comprehensive and enlightening experience. It's clear they're not just looking for skills but for individuals who will truly fit and thrive in their environment.

Behavioral Technical

Applied in October 2025. Took a while to get an interview, finally had one with the recruiter in January, then 3 more with IT. All 4 interviews together were over 2 hours. After hearing nothing for weeks, I emailed the recruiter. They said I was a "top contender" but things weren't finalized. Waited a few more weeks and then was told I didn't get the job. The whole process felt disorganized and had a lot of red flags. Trying to get any info from the recruiter was super difficult.
