It was a super quick and easy process, very straightforward. They asked simple questions about my skills and experience, pretty standard interview stuff. It started with a phone call, then I went in for an in-person. The whole thing wrapped up in about 2-3 weeks.

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with an HR call for screening, then there were some remote interviews. One interviewer was really late, over 15 minutes, but they did say sorry. I had to go in for an on-site interview and they showed me around the place. After some emails back and forth with HR, and them saying they'd let me know, they just ghosted me. Honestly, I'm kinda glad I didn't get an offer. If a company can't respect your time or give you a clear answer, it's probably not a place you want to work.

Applied online and got a phone interview the next day. They scheduled me for an in-person interview the following week. The interview was pretty straightforward, focusing mainly on my past experiences and what I expect from the role. I also got a brief tour of the lab. Everyone I met was really nice and treated me with respect.
