It was a really bad experience. They were rude and condescending, and they lied about what the job actually was. They didn't even tell me what the position entailed until the second interview, and they were super vague about it. I was shocked when they finally revealed I'd be selling DirecTV packages at Costco. They also really pushed me to sign the contract immediately. Noah was a liar.

Overall super positive, it was an easy process. I was nervous at first because I have interviewed at places that said they were a "marketing firm" but then they ended up taking me door to door and talking about commission structures. I was super happy when I found out that there's a base pay here and it's actually livable on it's own and then they give bonuses on top of that. That's definitely doable, especially if it's paid training. I loved about the company culture where they get involved with the community. That meant allot to me.

The interview process started with Noah, who is a great guy, friendly and made it easy to interview. It was a virtual interview, and then there was an in-person interview at the Santa Rosa location. We went over a general overview of the job duties and pay structure.

The office is really nice and in a great spot. The recruiter was super helpful. I had two interviews with the owner, the first one was quick and the second one we talked more about pay and I got to ask questions and learn about the company. Loved the vibe there!
