The interview process involved an initial screen, followed by a manager interview, and then two consecutive group interviews. I'm not sure if this is standard or if it was unique to my experience, but overall, the process felt average in difficulty.

The interview process involved a phone screening with HR, followed by a first and second round of interviews. Although I initially felt I was on the right track, the hiring manager in the second round seemed disengaged and uninterested, giving me the impression that a candidate had already been selected and my interview was merely a formality. It felt like my time was not valued.

The interview process was excellent from start to finish. In fact, the way the HR staff handled things and their professionalism was a major reason I accepted the job offer, especially when I compared it to other public health organizations I had applied to. I submitted my application online in mid-May 2015 and after passing an initial email screen, a recruiter reached out. This was followed by a phone screen/interview, at the conclusion of which I was invited to fly to DC the following week for an in-person interview. PATH covered all expenses, including airfare and meals, and assigned a very helpful HR person to assist with any questions or needs that came up. The group interview in DC lasted about 2 hours, and everyone I met was friendly, accommodating, and professional. I was told that if I made it to the finalist stage, I'd hear within a week about a final telephone interview with the Seattle office. However, I heard back in just two days, and a call was scheduled. This third interview was relatively brief, around 45 minutes. Once again, I was told I'd hear back in about a week, but I was contacted four days later, and an offer was extended.
