I had two 30 minute virtual interviews. The first was a phone screen with my potential boss, and the second was with an HR Business Partner. These interviews were good, and things moved fast. Then I had a 2-hour final interview onsite. It was a bit long, but I met with 3 different people for 30 minutes each, and we finished with a tour. I thought the interviews were fair and engaging, and I liked meeting the team. The only downside was how it ended. They said I'd hear back 'soon' after the final interview. When I followed up a week later, they said they were making final decisions and would update me early the next week. Then, two weeks after my final interview, I got an automated email asking for feedback on the process. I still haven't heard directly from them about a rejection. It was a bit of a bummer, but I guess that's how it is sometimes. I just feel like after putting in all that time, a proper rejection would have been nice. But besides that, the interview process itself was good, it just finished poorly.

I had the standard HR call, followed by a 30-minute chat with the director. They asked some really technical questions. Interestingly, they changed the job title mid-interview! The most unexpected part was a coding round, and they didn't give any study material beforehand.

This is a great AI Robotics startup with a clear vision. The interviewers have strong CV & ML backgrounds and are really passionate about their work. The interview process was very enjoyable. I was asked to propose solutions for their current challenges, and my creative thinking and relevant skills made me a good candidate. Although I declined the offer because another company was more open to academic publications, the employees seem to genuinely love their jobs, enjoying an encouraging and healthy company culture. They also offer very competitive compensation for strong candidates. I highly recommend this company to job seekers!

A recruiter from People's Operations contacted me to set up a phone chat about my resume. We had the call, and it was pretty good overall. The recruiter gave me some info about the company. But as we went through my resume, they seemed uninterested and cut the call short because we ran out of time. I had to chase them multiple times for an update, and eventually, I got an automated rejection email.
