Community Living Support Worker
The interview process was really straightforward and efficient. I was pretty anxious before starting, but by the end, I felt completely at ease. The questions they asked were good, and it felt more like a chat than a formal interview.
- Can you tell me about any experience you have working with this community?
Project Engineer
Had a couple of interviews. First was technical, then met with upper management. Nothing too crazy, and it aligns with my values and interests. Seems like a company that is expanding quickly.
- Can you describe the current technology stack you're using?
Support Engineer
My interview experience was really good because the people interviewing me were upfront and super easy to work with. I liked how casual it was, it really helped me relax after being so nervous and practicing my answers so much. I feel like I got a better feel for the company culture and it helped me be more natural during the conversation.
- What qualities do you seek in a company to ensure long-term job satisfaction and happiness?
On-site Support
I had a phone interview which wasn't too difficult or special, and then I took an assessment test. It seemed like the interview and the test went well (I wouldn't have gotten an interview without passing it), but I never heard back from them about whether I got the job or not.
- Could you start by telling me a little about yourself?
