I spoke with someone from HR first and she mentioned she'd follow up. Soon after I got home, she rang me up to arrange an interview with the house manager for the next day. I went in, had the interview with the house manager, and they offered me the job.

The interview process was easy. You meet with the administrator then with the facility manager for the 2nd interview. Easy questions. They didn't really care about my prior experience just wether or not I would be capable of completing the job.
