The hiring team was really fast and got back to me quickly. The interview vibe was super chill and the hiring manager was easy to talk to. They were clear about what they were looking for and what I could expect. They asked for a lot of details about my past work and what I know.

I found the job on an online job board and Passport Health reached out via email to schedule an online assessment. After finishing the assessment, they emailed me again to set up a video interview. I confirmed the interview and logged on at the scheduled time, but no one joined. I emailed and called the recruiter, leaving a voicemail. The next day, I called again and was told there was an office emergency. The interview was rescheduled for the next day, an hour earlier than planned. The video interview lasted only five minutes, and then I was offered an "observation" period at a local office. A few hours before the interview, I received an email asking if I was still interested; I replied that I would follow up after the observation. I spent three hours with a Registered Nurse at the local office, who explained the job duties and demonstrated how patient appointments are handled. I emailed the recruiter that evening to express my continued interest. After not hearing back, I called a few days later and left another voicemail. I received a brief email response stating the position had been filled. The company is great, but the recruiting process was not ideal.

I applied for a job at Passport Health, and the process involved initial phone interviews followed by an on-site visit. The first phone interview was pretty straightforward, covering programming fundamentals and some web development topics. Later, there were panel discussions, a couple of SQL questions, some whiteboarding for logic development, and a small programming task. They also asked behavioral and culture fit questions. It was my first time doing an in-person interview, and overall, I had a really good experience.

It was a really chill interview. The interviewer seemed more interested in getting to know me rather than grilling me about my past jobs. I really liked my interview. They explained the job I was applying for really well and we talked about how and why I'd be a great fit for the administrative assistant role.
