I was supposed to interview with Richard, the CEO, for the first round at Fake Company. However, he was busy, so I ended up interviewing with Dennis, the marketing Director, instead. Later, during COVID, I was asked to come back for a 15-minute interview with Richard, who had missed the first one. It felt like a complete waste of my time. If you value yourself and your time, I wouldn't recommend this company. They also seem to misrepresent the pay and salary to attract candidates.

The interview process was incredibly unprofessional. I was kept waiting for 1.5 hours without an apology. The interviewer then spoke with me for less than 5 minutes and clearly hadn't read my resume. I was rejected immediately even though the job description emphasized bringing a list of existing investors. I presented a list of over 200 relationships I'd built over a 20+ year career on Wall Street with major institutional and private investors, but the interviewer didn't even look at it. He claimed the firm needed an "investor relations" person. For a startup needing investors, it would seem logical to consider someone with investor connections. Nevertheless, I consider this a disaster averted, as I wouldn't enjoy working in such an environment. Good luck with the next funding round!

I interviewed for an Intern position with another candidate. During the process, we met the Marketing Director and they offered me a full-time position. However, the company was unprofessional and there was no follow-up, and they disregarded the offer. It seems like a disorganized company with no growth potential. There's no info online besides bad reviews. I'm glad I didn't get the follow-up because I want a more established, professional, and trustworthy company with growth potential.

The interview process was really straightforward and great. Passfeed's concept (Ecommerce+Digital Wallet) is quite interesting. I got to see the office and the work environment at the end. They mentioned they would reach out if I was a good fit for the role.
