First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pasadena Villa.
Therapist
The interview process started with a 15-minute screening call. About a week later, I had an in-person interview with HR and the CEO, which lasted around 30 minutes. After the interview, they gave me a quick tour of a section of the building. Both the HR employee and the CEO asked the questions. The CEO offered me a job right away, but it was for a part-time contract role, not the full-time position I applied for.
- Do you feel comfortable leading group sessions?
Intern
It was super easy. I was reached out to, got a response back, and then interviewed. It wasn't even really an interview, more like going over the logistics of what it would be like to work there.
- How long would you be with us?
Office Coordinator
The interview process was great. They communicated clearly and let me know what to expect next. They answered all my questions quickly. The interviews were conversational, which was a nice change. Everyone I met was professional and kind.
- What is it about this company that interests you?
Admissions Coordinator
Started with a recruiter call to screen me, then I had an interview with a supervisor, and finally an interview with the Director of the department. Most interviews were over the phone, except for the supervisor interview which was in person. The whole thing took about 2 weeks.
