The whole interview process took over a month which felt really long for a small company. It was chaotic. I met some new but credible people early on, except for the CEO and COO who I met at the very end. That last interview was awful, I've never felt so disrespected. The CEO was condescending, and the whole C team seemed unimpressive. I knew it wasn't a fit within the first 5 minutes of meeting the CEO. There seemed to be a disconnect between the top brass and senior sales management. They kept asking about salary and compensation, which made them seem cheap. I couldn't wait to leave their run-down office. Honestly, I should have just left the meeting early. Everything I read about this company online seems accurate – they're not a major player in the industry. The CEO couldn't even confirm some of their clients listed on the website, asking "oh, are they a client of ours?". I didn't get an offer, and I'm glad because I wouldn't have taken it anyway. I was initially happy and excited until I met the CEO, then I was completely put off. This place might be okay if you're desperate and okay with being average, or if you're a low-level seller focused on transactions. Real enterprise business developers should save their time.

I initially connected with HR at a career fair and submitted my application. They scheduled an on-site interview for me about two months later. During the on-site, I spoke with the Deployment Manager and the Director of Operations. These conversations were primarily behavioral, touching on my past work. I also interviewed with the Director of Software Development, which was also mostly behavioral with minimal technical content. Finally, I met with the Vice President, who asked more HR-focused questions. The overall experience was quite positive.

Behavioral Technical

I first connected with this company via a recruiter. The process kicked off with an HR phone screen, mostly to check my interest and hype up the company. Since HR wasn't sure how my background (mix of technical and marketing/sales) would fit their openings, they passed me to an executive. He interviewed me for a role he was thinking about but hadn't fully defined yet. We met up for coffee and had a good chat about business. In the end, it wasn't a perfect match, but I came away with a positive impression of the company.

Behavioral Other

A former coworker connected me with PAS about a sales job. The HR Manager had scheduling conflicts, so I proposed a two-day window since I'm in Southeast Texas. When I arrived the first day, the interviewers who were supposed to meet me were suddenly unavailable. The people who did interview me didn't seem to know my background. The second day was similar, and I never got any information about the job, pay, or what was expected.
