This interview process is pretty involved and can be tough, but it shows how much thought and effort the hiring team is putting into bringing the right people onto the team. As a candidate, you can expect to talk with several different people on the team. The vibe is usually friendly and somewhat formal, and they ask really thoughtful, deep questions. It's highly recommended to prepare beforehand, as it really makes you stand out. Keep in mind, you're also evaluating us as we're evaluating you!

I had a call with an HR person, basically a discovery call to see if it was something I was comfortable of doing. I have been in sales for years- so obviously that it was a Yes. I had a second interview with a manager whom was late to the meeting and answered the virtual call through his phone as he was at a client's meeting. I had to notify HR so they could arrange another virtual call. I finally had the interview and took longer than expected.

So after my first interview, they told me I'd hear back by Monday about the next steps. But then... nothing. I emailed them a bunch of times. One time I got a really vague answer, and then they just stopped responding to my emails. It took a whole month of silence before I emailed again. This time, they finally told me I wasn't moving forward. It's pretty messed up that I wouldn't have even known if I hadn't kept chasing them. Makes you wonder about how much they actually value candidates' time.
