Customer Service Representative
The interview was a breeze, really chill and made me feel comfortable, like I was at home. Everyone I talked to was great and really knew their stuff about the job. The office looked really cool. It looks like a cool place to work.
- Are you able to handle a large number of calls?
Customer Service Representative
It was a simple one interview and I talked to the hiring manager right away in the same meeting. The interview was easy and I got the job offer right after. The conversation was relaxed with no tough questions.
- Can you tell me about your last position
Customer Experience Specialist
Super long interview process. Started with the team lead for about an hour, then I met with two employees, one who's been there 12 years and another who's been there 2 years. They asked the same questions and really emphasized teamwork, but in my specific department, there's no teamwork at all. It's more like everyone's throwing each other under the bus.
- What are the qualities of an effective leader?
