The interview process was virtual and pretty standard. It included two panel interviews, a phone screen, and a writing assessment. My schedule allowed for the panel interviews to happen consecutively. The final stage involved a conversation with the director.

The interview process happened in three steps--there was a screening call and then two panel interviews over the course of a couple months. Every single person I met was very nice and helpful!

I applied in February and heard back the next week. First, there's a phone interview with HR. Then, two in-person interviews and a writing assessment, depending on the program you're applying for. My first interview had several managers, and my second had the VP and Director. They were all really nice and easy to talk to, but they asked some tough, thought-provoking questions, mostly hypotheticals or situational ones.
