First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Partnership Employment.
Executive Recruiter
I had a conversational interview with the manager to start, where they asked about my recruiting background and my proudest accomplishment. Then I was invited for a second interview to meet and talk with the other recruiters about the position.
- Can you tell me about your experience in recruiting?
- What's your proudest achievement in recruiting?
- What's your typical monthly placement volume?
Quality Systems Project Manager
I applied through a recruiter from Partnership Employment. I was interviewed by an HR representative and two team members. Even though the role and my chances looked promising initially, the company ended up changing the job description and salary significantly. It seems like the client company might have also wasted the recruiter's time. The recruiter, however, was professional and provided feedback promptly.
- Could you share your experience within our industry?
Recruitment Agent
The interview experience was unprofessional. While the initial phone interaction was positive, the interviewer's demeanor shifted upon meeting in person. I was seated between tables, and the environment was not suitable for an interview. I observed a lot through their non-verbal cues.
- During my interview, another employee came in and signaled to the interviewer with a hand wave across their shoulder, indicating 'NO'. This made me feel humiliated.
Data Entry Clerk
I spoke with someone on the phone who gave me the same rate as the job posting. When I met with the recruiter, she offered me a lower rate than advertised and said that was the rate. She also said she wouldn't consider me because of my commute. I feel it's my decision if I want to drive x miles for x dollars. If you don't want to hire me, that's fine, but don't tell me how far I can drive.
- Can you describe your personality?
