Applied on the website, then had a video call with a recruiter about a week later. The next week I had another interview with the hiring manager. Found out I didn't get the job a week after that.

I found the opening on the company's website and applied. I also reached out to the HR person I've known for a while. First, I interviewed with a creative director and a project manager. Then, two weeks later, I had a second interview with the VP of creative, the copywriter for the project, and the initial creative director. The interviews were all very pleasant and conversational. I didn't get an offer because I lacked sufficient industry experience, but they did call me personally to encourage staying in touch. It was one of the best interview experiences I've had.
