First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PartnerCentric.
Account Manager
The application process was super smooth and simple. They were really good about setting up calls, and the interviews were well-organized. Everyone I talked to was really friendly and easy to chat with.
- Can you describe a campaign you managed, detailing the strategies and data involved?
Account Manager
I got a message from Kim, the Talent Specialist, asking some things about my resume. I guess I did okay because she set up an interview with the Sr. Director of Talent, Meghan. But then, like an hour later, I got a notice that the interview was off and I had to message Kim to find out why. Turns out, the job was already filled. It felt really disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. They said they'd hold onto my resume for future jobs, but I doubt I'll work with them again.
- Could you share your salary expectations?
- What are your preferred times and days for an interview?
Affiliate Program Manager
I had more than one phone call with my future Director, and then an in-person meeting with a bunch of team members (around 7). They were a mix of other Affiliate Program Managers, an Executive, and folks in other departments.
- Can you tell me about your experience in Affiliate Marketing?
Paid Media & Partnerships Manager
So I had 5 rounds of interviews, plus a case study. After all that, they cancelled my final interview with the CEO super last minute. Then they scheduled a 5th interview with some exec I'd never heard of. Turns out I would be reporting to them, which is wild since the job's been up for months. Why are they still figuring out who my boss is on the day of my final interview? They rescheduled twice, and then this exec was late to our meeting and only had 10 minutes because they had to jump to another meeting. I asked what else they needed to know after 5 rounds, like, I'm not performing surgery here. They went radio silent for another day, then sent a generic rejection. Super disrespectful of my time, and that exec was really unprofessional. If this is how they treat candidates, imagine working there.
- Tell me about your experience with paid media and partnerships.
- Walk me through the case study you completed.
- Can you elaborate on your resume details?
