I found the job on Indeed and the HR person emailed me to set up a Phone Interview. We scheduled it via email. But then, 15 minutes after the interview was supposed to start, she emailed again to reschedule! I wish they had more experienced HR people. I agreed to reschedule, but on the day of the actual interview, she was reading questions right off a script. It's been 4 weeks since then and she still hasn't given me any update on my status. Thank goodness there are way better companies out there in Colorado.

In a meet, you share your screen and code an assigned task by the developer in charge of the technical interview. The HR asks soft skill questions, so prepare your answer to questions like: what contribution can you make to the company or what are your strengths and weaknesses.

I had three phone interviews, and then 8 in-person interviews spread across 3 visits. A lot of people were part of the process. Some interviewers had set questions, while others were more conversational. A few of them were clearly the main decision-makers.
