First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PARTech.
QA Manager
It was a 3 round interview process. I cleared the first two rounds. HR told me the next round would be with the director, but that never happened. The HR is not picking up calls and not responding to emails, which shows unprofessionalism and poor communication.
- Questions related to the project were asked.
Quality Assurance Engineer
The interview process involves a meeting with the manager and another team member. It includes behavioral questions, fundamental testing concepts, a logic puzzle, and a practical question about testing a "button." This allows them to evaluate both technical skills and how you interact with others. They were very nice and helpful.
- Could you describe how you would approach testing a button?
QA Engineer
The interview process had 4 rounds: HR, a task, a technical interview, and then another technical interview where you meet team leaders. After these, you wait for an offer. The HR interview was relaxed and easy. The task involved manual testing, writing test cases and a test plan, plus an API testing task using Postman. The technical interviews were great, covering QA terms, processes, SQL, and API testing.
- Can you explain the difference between priority and severity?
- Could you tell me about QA terminology and processes?
- Do you have experience with SQL?
