The process was pretty straightforward and the questions weren't tough. It was more about discussing the job responsibilities to get you ready for the role. After that, I got a call saying I was shortlisted and they were going to work on my salary package. However, a few weeks later, they informed me that they couldn't offer me the job. I feel the management needs to improve their hiring process because they wasted my time and also made me miss out on other opportunities.

The HR and hiring teams were very unprofessional. They kept pushing back the interview date, changed plans at the last minute, and had poor communication. The HR team's communication skills were bad; they didn't understand questions, couldn't answer clearly, and were bluntly rude.
