First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Parkway Construction and Associates.
Assistant Project Manager
The interviewers were really nice and upfront with me. They were happy to answer anything I asked. I felt like they genuinely cared about what I had to say. A lot of interviews I do are super quick and don't have much depth, but these all felt like they were worth my time.
- Can you tell me about a tough choice you made at work that didn't turn out well, and how you dealt with the situation?
Superintendent
Had two phone screens with the recruiter. Then a Zoom interview with the PM team, followed by a second Zoom interview with the PM team leader. There was a fair bit of paperwork and a background check. The whole thing took around 2-3 weeks. Everyone was super friendly and quick to respond.
- Were you asked about your general feel for the position?
Superintendent
It felt like a fair process. The interview happened with some important people. They seem to have a good way of handling HR. They asked some normal questions, some about the job, and some situational questions like role-playing. The people were very friendly and professional.
- Tell me about your experience in restaurants.
Superintendent
First, there was a phone interview that was easy, informative, and relaxing. We discussed my background and social life, company history, and the onboarding process. Then, I had an in-person interview at the office.
- Can you describe your work and project experience?
