Recruiter called me about this position and then I interviewed. First was a phone interview with my potential supervisor where they asked about my resume and skills. It was a friendly chat. Then, I had an in-person interview at their Florida office. I met four people from different departments. They asked a bunch of questions about whether I'd fit in and if I could do the job. After that, the recruiter gave me a job offer.

Behavioral Other

When I was interviewing, Parkson used a round-robin interview technique where I talked with people at various management levels. I got to meet and speak with most of the people I would be working closely with, or who were at a similar level in the company. This process really helped me get a feel for the company culture, what opportunities were available, and what challenges the company was dealing with.

Recruiters, working for a third party, first review resumes and select candidates. They also do a pre-screening. Then, there's a face-to-face interview at the Fort Lauderdale office. This interview can last several hours and you might meet and talk with most of the management team. They try to make a decision within 24 hours if needed or requested.

It was a 30 min phone interview. The call was very awkward and the questions were canned and not thoughtful. They told me I would receive a call back either way and I did not.
