It wasn't too bad. They were very thorough and clearly explained what to expect and not to expect in the role. Discussed pros and cons of the personality needed and differences in coworkers.

The interview process involved three in-person meetings and one virtual meeting. They asked me a variety of questions about my background and previous work history. I really appreciated that they were able to schedule and coordinate everything around what worked best for my time.

I applied and got contacted by HR who thought I was a good fit. Then I had a call with the hiring manager. After that, I did a take-home technical test. Next, I had an in-person interview that lasted about 5 hours and included meetings with 6 staff members. They told me they had more candidates to see and would let me know their decision. I didn't hear back for two weeks, so I emailed them. I didn't get an offer and was disappointed by the lack of communication.

I was found on Linked-in by the HR director. We spoke on the phone a few times for the initial interview. The process had 2 steps: meet w/local manager and then VP's in SFO HQ. After meeting w/manager, HR director scheduled meeting in SFO, since all went well. Then local mgr sent email decline. Seems there was no communication. Very frustrating, but glad not join company.
