First I had to do a multiple choice assessment about marketing techniques and social media platforms. Then two people interviewed me and asked me questions regarding my interest and experience. After the interview, they said there would be a follow-up assessment and possibly in-person interview.

I applied through my University Portal and then I got a questionnaire to fill up which included questions related to my skills and projects. After that I received a mail from hr regarding the scheduling of an in person interview which consisted of two stages: 1.) SPSS/Excel skills test 2.) In person interview with the director and senior manager of consumer analytics team.

I applied online through LinkedIn and heard back in a few days to come in for an interview. The whole marketing team was there, about 6 people. They told me about the job and their own roles, then asked me about my background and what I see myself doing in the future. It was a bit nerve-wracking with so many people in the room, but they were all really nice and friendly. It was actually less stressful than other interviews I've had with just one person!
