The interview process was great, starting with a recruiter screen call. After that, I connected with the hiring manager to go over role specifics, see if I was a culture fit, and confirm my background matched the job duties. Then, I had a conversation with a Director about culture fit and how my past work experience applied. The last part was a presentation, which I thought was a good thing. It needed some preparation but confirmed I could do what the job required. Overall, a very good experience with clear communication about next steps and timelines. This process does require effort.

An HR person got in touch about the job. I was into it, so we did a first chat/screening over the phone. After that, I was asked to come in for an on-site interview. I met with the head of HR there – that went pretty smoothly. Then I chatted with another recruiter, which was cool and really engaging. Next up, I met with a third HR person, and it was a total disaster. This person seemed to have a negative attitude from the start and clearly wasn't interested, basically deciding against me before we even talked much. I figured I wouldn't get the job after that meeting. But, they still had me meet with one last person. That went fine. The final person walked me out, and it felt like I was being shown the door. They didn't mention anything about what happens next. I didn't really expect to hear back, but I did get a rejection email a few days later. At least they did follow up.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process for this role was quite disorganized. It began with an unprepared hiring manager, which felt like they just added the interview to their calendar that morning. After that call, I was supposed to move to the next stage, but the scheduling got pushed back a few times. Even after a good conversation where I was told I'd be meeting the team, there was a significant delay in hearing back, over a week and a half. I had to reach out myself, only to find out the initial hiring manager no longer worked there. I was then directed to another hiring manager who apologized for the delay and promised an update the following week. Again, I had to follow up after another week, and then received a canned response that I wasn't moving forward, despite being told previously that I was. I asked for feedback on the miscommunication but received nothing. This was after being told I would be moving on and meeting the team, followed by two weeks of silence and a chaotic hiring process. It showed a lack of respect for my time and a disorganized approach overall. It seems like a company that doesn't value the time of those applying, with hiring managers and recruiters who don't show respect.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone interview, then an in-person one where I met with 4 different people over an afternoon. It took about a week to schedule the in-person. The hiring manager said I'd hear back within a week after the interview, but I never did, even after following up. A few weeks later, I got an offer from a better company, so I accepted, and still haven't heard back from Parkmobile. Honestly, it wasn't worth my time.
