The interview process started with an initial phone screen, followed by an interview with higher management. The final stage was an interview with seven different people. I wasn't happy because after the final interview, I asked for feedback multiple times with no response, and I directly got rejected even though the interview went pretty well.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a Skype screening call, no video. Then I was invited for an onsite interview where I met 5 people from the team, plus the recruiter. Everyone on the team was great and super nice. It was business casual, and the interview felt pretty laid back. I asked everyone about their expectations and the job duties, and got different answers than what the hiring manager told me. The recruiter, who was from an RPO company called Pieces Tech, was not professional at all. She kept interrupting, didn't make eye contact when asking questions, and seemed completely uninterested in me as a candidate. It felt like she was talking down to me the whole time.

Technical Case Behavioral

I got a phone interview and then after about two weeks, I went for an onsite interview. There were eight people in total who interviewed me: the CEO, a Director, HR, and some Data Scientists. They gave me a good overview of PCCI and their projects. They asked me professional questions. Each interview was about 30-40 minutes, and the whole thing was from 9 AM to 2 PM. It was a great interview experience.
