First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Parking Management Company.

So, for this parking job, it's pretty standard. You'll start with an online application, then they'll look at your resume. After that, there's a background check. Then you'll have a quick chat with someone, and they'll check your references. Finally, you'll get onboarded and go through training on how to handle customers and stay safe.
- Do you know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle?
Valet Guest Services Manager
The interview process started with a recruiter phone call, which is standard. Then, there were two more interviews with a regional manager that seemed positive. We talked about pay and potential other roles if this one wasn't a good match. A fourth interview also went well with another regional manager, where compensation and other details were reviewed again. The fifth and final interview was with the previous regional manager and the person who would have been my direct supervisor. They mentioned needing to fill the role in about 3-4 weeks, and I confirmed my willingness to relocate and start promptly. After a week with no word, I called and left a message, but didn't hear back. A few days later, I texted for an update since the start date was approaching and was told they were still interviewing and the recruiter would reach out. A month passed with no contact, and I noticed similar roles I'd interviewed for were being posted again. While I understand I might not have been the best fit, going through five interviews and then receiving no follow-up feels like poor business practice and indicates issues with how the company is run.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Will you be relocating for this position?
Valet Attendant
The interview was very straightforward. They ask simple questions that the average person should be able to answer. The interview did not take any longer than about 30 minutes. Anybody should be able to pass the interview.
- Tell me about a time you had to work as a team.
Director of Operations
The process is extensive, allowing for back-and-forth questions from both sides to ensure the fit is right. It's good to know they aren't in a rush to fill the position immediately.
- Can you tell me about your responsibilities in your previous role?
- What were some of your key accomplishments in your prior job?
